Customer Advocate

Job description

You interact with them, you analyze data about their needs, and you come up with creative ideas for how to we can constantly serve them better. Then you collaborate with our kind, brilliant cross-functional team to turn your ideas into a reality for our customers. You will:

  • Be the voice of True Link to our current and prospective customers
  • Solve customer problems via phone and email
  • Manage really important daily operational processes
  • Identify, document, and follow up with engineers on product bugs and features
  • Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products
  • Craft responsive customer communications and product marketing
  • Collaborate with members of other teams and be a resource to teammates
  • Conduct analysis on customer behavior to improve customer experience
