Sales Enablement Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Coordinator to play an essential role in our sales and marketing efforts. This role will encompass both the development and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives, primarily via conference and event outreach and planning. What you’ll do:

  • Project manage our tradeshow and event program, research new opportunities, partner with marketing on collateral and lead generation, and coordinate follow-up to track results
  • Coordinate logistics including travel and hotel bookings, and shipments for over 60 in-person marketing events per year
  • Create and implement system for collateral and marketing giveaway inventory tracking
  • Work with sales enablement manager to build and implement outbound lead generation programs
  • Source contact information and upload new leads into Salesforce
  • Track and manage budget for in-person events and conferences
  • Manage the internal database and spreadsheets for the sales and marketing teams
  • Conduct other marketing team support tasks as needed
  • Occasional travel to conferences (as agreed upon by management)

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of job or intern experience in marketing, events, or project management
  • A project management guru who gets things done on time and without errors
  • A problem solver with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proven manager of details; you love spreadsheets and organized systems bring you joy
  • A positive "get it done" attitude with a bias towards action and the ability to do more with less
  • A proactive mindset - you know when to ask for input, but are comfortable taking ownership and keeping things running
  • A quick study who is able to learn about a new context, industry, or set of requirements quickly and effectively
  • Interested in learning from feedback and dedicated to improving your skills
  • You know what you don’t know – if something isn’t your forte, you aren’t afraid to ask for help in order for your marketing efforts to have a maximum impact on the business
  • Able to adapt quickly as priorities shift, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment and roll with it
