Job description

At True Link, we are obsessed with making our customers' lives better, safer, and happier every day. As a customer advocate, you are the expert on our customers and what they need. You interact with them, you focus on their needs, and you come up with creative ideas for how to we can constantly serve them better. If you've been looking for a job where your work matters and you get to interact directly with customers, this might be the one for you.

We’re offering a competitive salary, great mentorship, lunches and snacks, and the opportunity to work with a talented, mission-driven team. This is an in-person part-time job at our BART accessible office. We are looking for someone to work 15-30 hours per week during the weekdays between 7AM and 2PM or on weekend mornings.

You will:

  • Interact respectfully and inquisitively with customers via phone and email
  • Identify trends in customer requests and behavior and suggest improvements to processes, policies, and products
  • Share customer feedback and experiences with the whole company
  • Craft warm, well-written customer communications
  • Proudly represent our company that is known for providing top-notch customer support
