Jackie Pitts leads Customer Support at True Link. Jackie is dedicated to ensuring that the Customer Support team has everything they need to deliver the best experience possible for True Link customers. Jackie has honed her customer service skills over her more than four years at True Link Financial as well as over ten years working in hospitality. Prior to True Link, Jackie worked in Michelin starred restaurants in both Chicago and Oakland; including North Pond Restaurant in 2016 when it was named a James Beard Award finalist for Outstanding Service. Jackie holds a B.A. from Oberlin College in Politics and Dance and resides in Chicago, IL.
